Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders before they are available to ship. Estimated shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Payment is processed securely by our third-party processor, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. Submitting an order authorizes us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable tax.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including game designs, rules, artwork, logos, text, and graphics — is owned by Nice Jewish Board Games LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nice Jewish Board Games LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
