Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

At launch, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to add international shipping in the future — if you’re outside the U.S. and interested, let us know.

Pre-Order Timing

Our debut game, Gut Shabbos, is available for pre-order now and is estimated to ship in Fall 2026. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received once stock is in hand. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date; see “Shipping Delays” below for your rights if the timeline changes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Processing Time

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders ship after the product becomes available, on the timeline noted above.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship a pre-order by the estimated window, we will notify you and give you the choice to consent to the new shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund, consistent with the FTC’s prompt-delivery requirements.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy or contact us — we’ll make it right.
