Pre-Order Cancellations

Many of our games — including Gut Shabbos — are sold as pre-orders before they ship. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

Returns on Delivered Games

If your game has already been delivered, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unopened and in its original, undamaged condition. To start a return, contact us first for instructions — please do not ship anything back before we confirm.

• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
• Opened or used games are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping you paid — at no cost to you.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Delays

For pre-orders, we provide an estimated shipping window (for example, Fall 2026). If we are unable to ship by that estimate, we will notify you and you may either consent to the new date or cancel your order for a full refund, consistent with the FTC’s prompt-delivery requirements.

How to Start a Return or Request a Refund
